Ti officially released stellaris MCU. The latest arm cortex m4f core of 65nm process is adopted, with the main frequency up to 80MHz. The whole system provides floating-point operation support.
Because of the adoption of 65nm process, lm4f has considerable advantages in power consumption and cost. Ti's new design allows the standby power consumption of lm4f to be as low as 1.6ua, and the power consumption of full speed operation to be as low as 370ua / MHz. Two groups of 12bit ADC with a maximum sampling frequency of 1msps and three analog comparators are built in. At most, it integrates 8-way UART, 4-way SSI / SPI, 6-way I2C, 2-way can and usbotg, making lm4f extremely powerful.
Lm4f provides two orthogonal encoder input modules and 16 PWM outputs, which is convenient for motor control. In addition, 2K EEPROM integrated on chip helps customers save the cost of peripheral devices.
